FLOW
‘Flow’ is a mindset – a way of approaching life with inquisitiveness and delight. It also describes a state of
being ‘in the zone’ while learning, performing, or completing a task. Mandurah Catholic College (MCC) students
are challenged to seek and find their ‘Flow’: the enjoyable experience, which encourages a growth mindset. At
MCC FLOW is also an acronym for the holistic formation that is intended for MCC graduates. Students grow
around the pillars: Flourish, Learning, Others, Wellbeing. Semester Reports are divided into the FLOW pillars,
to indicate to families how each student is developing.

FLOURISH
Sienna consistently strives to give her best and acknowledges her own personal growth in terms of motivation
and work ethic. She has shown improvement in her academic performance, highlighting her dedication to her
studies. Sienna's active involvement in coaching the Under 10's Basketball team reflects her commitment to
extra-curricular activities beyond the College.
