Good Day! I Am John Rhafael T. Monares 1st years student of University of Cebu Main Campus (UC),
taking the course of Bachelor of Science in Criminology (BSCRIM). I have some difficulties due to our
financial problems and during pandemic I stopped studying for 2 years since I don’t have a gadget to use
in order to pursue my study. Since face to face is now available, I would like to continue pursuing my
dream and I would like to ask for a Resumption on my Cebu City Scholarship, to help me pursue my
study. Together with this letter are my grades from last semester and my Certificate of Enrollment.
