I have a comment for day to day timings that we try to have it 1 - 10 PM. Just to increase overlap
between onshore and offshore.

Yea 1pm to 10pm PKT sounds good. My only concern is that during this time we will have dinner as
well. So folks might be just taking dinner break at 9pm anyways

Dinner break is normally late in most cases

But we need to take care of the availability and leaves count of team members also so they respect
the shared quota of leaves

I would go for 1 to 10 or 2 to 11 just to have more overlap of offshore and onshore

Because we will have to provide support to some of the urgent client queries so that max overlap will
help

I think 9 PM is a reasonable time if we are trying to ensure work/life balance. We already have
around 5 hours of overlapping with US/hours and client queries can be handled in those hours. For
more urgent queries we can always make an exception. By pushing the time to 10 or 11 PM actually
kills the purpose of work/life balance as individuals will be working all day and left with no family
time which was the main concern for most of the Full Timers.

Yes that's something that needs to be added as well. We need to somehow manage the leave counts
as well so that it can be fair usage.

That can be still provided in between 5:00 to 9:00 PM. We also have PTs who can be reached after
this time. For urgent queries we can even make an exception. The point is if we are trying to change
late sitting culture then 11 PM or 10 PM as regular timing is still late for most of the people and
actually brings work/life balance to zero.
