What you know about Olcademy

So, basically we are an high tech e-learning startup and we provide a common platform to the
students and teachers to interact with each other via live sessions.
We tend to provide something for everyone may it be high school students or maybe college
students.
Anyone who has a will and desire to learn something new can be benefited from us
and anyone who has skills and talent and wants to spread it can do it through our platform
and moreover we are not only bound to studies,
you can also teach dance, music or whatever talent you have through our platform.
This is all about Olcademy.

Coming on to your role :

You will be handling the recruitment- reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates and all the
other tasks related to recruitment.
Handling the offer letters- Sending them as well as recieving offer letters
Providing assistance to all the teamleads and managing all the HR needs of a team.
So put it in short you'll get a full experience of working as an HR in just a short duration of 3
months.

Till now I have got what I intended to get from you, before proceeding forward I wanted to clear
a few things with you:
1. The internship is a work from home internship and will be of a minimum duration of 3 months.
2. The internship is unpaid. U are clear with this part? And u are ok with that right?
3. Will you be able to devote 2-3 hours per day for the work that we assign?
4. Will you be able to manage your studies and work simultaneously?
5. We have scheduled connects/meeting on a fixed time every day for around 1 hour.
