I am Maria Kharissa D. Baling, currently a first-year student of Bachelor of Science in Civil

Engineering (BSCE) at Central Mindanao University. I am a consistent honor student since I was
in elementary and presently a college scholar at the said university. I am writing this letter to

who want to achieve greater things in life, but are unable to continue their studies due to
