Statement of Intent

It was about a year ago when I realized that Data Science and Analytics is the field of study that
truly fascinates me when I am at my Bachelor. During the introductory lecture of the Data
Mining Techniques course by College professor, The importance of Machine Learning with a
number of real-world examples. He mentioned, among other things, speech recognition used
by virtual assistants, text classification used by Google's search engine and image recognition in
surveillance systems. This very first lecture initially sparked my interest in Data Science.
Throughout this interest course I was able to expose myself to some basic techniques of Data
Mining and Machine Learning. In the meantime, due to my instance to learn more, I spent
many hours reading relevant articles and watching explanatory videos addressing topics on
data acquisition, processing and analysis. By the end of the semester, I had concluded that,
upon completing my undergraduate studies, pursuing a Master's degree would enable me to
broaden my horizon to the amazing world of Data Science.

My undergraduate study at IIMS Collage which is affiliated to UCSI University offered me the
opportunity of acquiring both sound theoretical knowledge and strong practical skills. More
precisely, I developed a well-rounded understanding of the Computer Science field by taking
courses, such as Database Technology, Database Administration, Data structures and algorithm,
operating systems and object-oriented Modelling. Participating in various group projects helped
me acquire solid collaboration and communication skills along with the ability to handle
multiple deadlines simultaneously. Furthermore, our curriculum included a broad range of
fundamental courses related to mathematics, like calculus, linear algebra and statistics.

As we all know that, The USA University offers students the opportunity to gain an
internationally recognized and respected academic qualification. After that I start searching for
USA university’s which provide best out of best education, Then I find the State University of
New Work Buffalo State (SUNY Buffalo State College), and then I start researching this
university, I find out that, its provided good quality, Whenever It came to an education. It’s a
beautiful place to study because of its high-quality educational infrastructure, world-class
teaching methodology. It is a well-known fact that the U.S.A. as a destination is chosen by
students worldwide as there are many universities here that are internationally recognized. The
U.S.A. provides an outstanding education and learning style adopted by universities to make
individuals innovative, creative, and think independently. It gives a chance to develop
knowledge levels, improve skill sets in the particular subject area, provide freedom to be
creative, and support you in achieving your best in academic terms.

After the successful completion of this course, I aspire to come back to my home country with
all the knowledge and experience and secure a position as a data scientist or work in the field of
artificial intelligence in research-based domains about life sciences and medicine. I have always
been inquisitive about biology, and using analytics and AI in this stream will broaden my
horizons in the field of research.
