Intro (Anthony)

We are going to present our ambitious project of restaurant pizzeria in Concarneau.


We have decided to make a full service restaurant with a lots of menus. In fact, the
restaurant features not only a variety of pizzas, beer and wine but also Italian entrees
like spaghetti, ravioli and lasagna, side dishes such as salads and a few desserts.
About the target, we decided to focus on Generation Y (why) because 12% (twelve
percent) of them are interested in Pizzeria and it’s a prime target for a food-service
business. Also, Generation X (ex) is interesting for us because it is known for strong
family values and we support sames values in our restaurant.
Moreover, We decided to create a really warm atmosphere and enjoy the moment.
That is why, we have chosen wood material to convey an incredible natural look. We
want red and green decoration to remind of/reminiscente of Italy. creating a moment
of sharing and happiness is our motto because we want more than a simple meal but
a real moment of conviviality in our restaurant. Also when consumers enter in our
restaurant, they will be surprised by the decoration and the atmosphere that we have
created with, in particular, Italian music to recall this convivial aspect. They will be
transported and will experience a real culinary journey. We made this choice
because many pizzeria provide quick service with customers who return home but
we want to stand out from the competition.
