    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

    This is to certify that MR. ISIDRO B. UY, JR. was formerly the Construction
    Manager of SALMEGA BUILDERS, a holder of PCAB License No. __________, with office
    located at DMC Bldg., Narra Extension, Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod City, Negros
    Occidental for the period from March 1, 2019 to June 30, 2022.

    As Construction Manager, he was responsible in the management of all


    construction projects of the Firm with the Department of Public Works and Highways
    (DPWH) Department of Education (DEPED)and Local Government Units (LGU’s) within
    the Province of Negros Occidental, more particularly in the
    concreting/rehabilitation/improvement of barangay/municipal/provincial roads and farm
    to market roads and construction/repair of multi-purpose buildings, health centers and
    other government facilities.

    Further, he saw to it that all works were done based on construction plans and
    specifications.

    This certification is issued upon the request of MR. ISIDRO B. UY, JR. for whatever
    legal purpose it may serve him best.

    Given this 16th day of May 2022 at Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
