SUBJECT: Request for Zoning Compatibility

Engr. Cortez;

May I request from your good office for zoning compatibility of my property to be used
in ECC Application, Building Permit Application and Business Permit Application, as one
of the requirements and references of said application for the Proposed Inland Resort
with a lot area of Two Thousand (2,000) sqm more or less, situated at Barangay Lizada,
Toril, Davao City. Thus, this area is located within High Density Residential Land Sub-
zone (R3) and Infrastructure/ Utilities Zone (IU) as per zoning certificate attached.
Moreover, we will submit or apply for reclassification in the area if it’s not compatible
with the project.
