    I am writing to express my intent to apply for the on-the-job (OJT) training at the Office of the
    Municipal Agriculturist. After careful consideration and research, I believe that your organization offers
    an excellent platform for me to gain valuable practical experience and enhance my skills in Agriculture.
    I am highly motivated to pursue this on-the-job training because I understand the importance of
    practical learning in complementing theoretical knowledge. It is my firm belief that an immersive

    I am currently pursuing Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business Management at Mindanao State


    University - General Santos, where we have gained a strong foundation in Agriculture. However, I
