My Hometown

My hometown is called Kiskunhalas. It is a small town, which is situated in the south of

Hungary, in Bács-Kiskun county. Around 26 000 (twenty-six thousand) people live here.

Kiskunhalas has a lot of entertaining facilities. It has a cinema and a huge library. It has
many restaurants and pubs. Kiskunhalas is most famous for its lace.

There are many churches, some statues and people often gather at the main square of the
town, which is very beautiful. The lace house is also charming with it’s park.

I like Kiskunhalas, because you can find everything you need here, and it has a really
busy student life, as there are a lot of secondary schools here.
