a highly accomplished professional but also a proud alumnus of Valdez Elementary School, class of 2005. We

gather here to celebrate a momentous event for our graduates and witness the significant impact of our guest of

honor and speaker that he has made throughout his journey.

Mr. Neil Adrian Evans is an exceptional individual, driven by his unwavering dedication to helping and

supporting others. His profound commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those around him

has been the cornerstone of his success. Neil thrives in organizations that share his values, cherishing the

opportunity to be part of a collective effort to uplift and inspire.

With a diverse range of skills, Neil possesses an exceptional repertoire that sets him apart. His remarkable

speaking ability captivates audiences, leaving a lasting impact on those who have the privilege of hearing his

words. Combined with active listening and social perceptiveness, Neil understands the needs and concerns of

Neil Adrian Evans possesses a strong service orientation, consistently going above and beyond to provide

Throughout his illustrious career, Neil has gained invaluable experiences that have shaped him into the

remarkable professional he is today. From May 2014 to March 2021, Neil served as a Motivational Speaker at

the esteemed Aria Resort & Casino, located on the iconic Las Vegas Boulevard. In this role, he shared his

wisdom and insights with hotel management members from prestigious establishments such as MGM Resorts

International and Aria Resorts Company. Neil's speeches not only motivated his peers but also offered valuable

perspectives on different experiences, customer service, and the challenges encountered in life. His ability to

connect with others on a personal level and provide guidance as a peer has made a profound impact on his

colleagues and the industry.

Prior to his role as a Motivational Speaker, Neil's exceptional talents were showcased as a Cross-training

Housekeeping Supervisor at Aria Resort & Casino from March 2014 to March 2016. In this capacity, he played

a pivotal role in addressing guest concerns and requests, utilizing his extensive property knowledge to provide

informed and satisfactory solutions. Neil's commitment to assisting new hires, setting realistic expectations, and

fostering diversity within the organization has earned him recognition for his exceptional achievements. He

consistently surpassed expectations, going beyond the call of duty, and received gratitude from management for

his outstanding work ethic.

Currently, Neil serves as a Status Board Operator at Aria Resort & Casino, a position he has held since March

2016. His primary responsibilities include receiving and dispatching calls, monitoring the Hotel Service

Optimization System (HotSOS), and running reports using the Opera property management system. Neil's

commitment to upholding departmental policies and procedures, along with his meticulous attention to detail,

has solidified his reputation as a reliable and trustworthy member of the organization.

Neil Adrian Evans' pursuit of excellence extends beyond his professional endeavors. His dedication to

education and personal growth is commendable. He completed his General Education Development (GED) at

Marcos National High School in the Philippines, laying the foundation for his academic journey. He further

pursued his passion for education at Mariano Marcos State University, specializing in the College of Teacher

Education with a focus on Bachelor of Secondary Education. Currently, Neil is on the verge of completing his

Associates of Arts degree in Psychology, majoring in Forensic, at the College of Southern Nevada in Las

Vegas.
