Having the right attitude towards the behavior of a multitude can lead to improved
communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and overall group dynamics. It promotes
harmony, cooperation, and personal growth while reducing stress and conflict within the group.
And because a good attitude is being exemplified, God’s favor is expected to be gained.

I chose Sir Marvin’s Mantra for its being realistic and can easily be realized. Fairness acts as a
stabilizing force by ensuring that interactions, decisions, and resource distribution are just and
equitable. It helps prevent imbalances, disparities, and conflicts. Fairness is indeed closely
linked to satisfaction. When fairness is present in a situation, it tends to promote satisfaction
among individuals and groups involved.
