The Self-Determination Theory Model of Vitality is based on the research of Fu, Li, Zhang, and Zhu

(2019). The purpose of this study was to determine whether being altruistic would reduce an agent's
intake of harmful foods and whether state self-control and health would gradually affect this impact. The
self-determination theory (SDT) is used to analyze unhealthy eating. the researcher examines each of
the six SDT continuum types related to eating. The causes of unhealthy eating are examined, and each of
these causes can be used to predict both the frequency of unhealthy eating and psychological well-
being. (Kadhim, et al., 2010)

The cognitive behavioral theory developed by Beck, Rush, Shaw, and Emery in 1979 states that a
person's environment has a significant impact on their emotions and behavior. Researchers have studied
the relationships between adolescents' cognitive views, way of life, and lifestyle choices, as well as
healthy lifestyle behaviors. The study aimed to examine the relationships between teen healthy lifestyle
behaviors, social support, and cognitive characteristics. (Kelly et.al 2010) According to Hoffmann & Uljan
lutz, 2019, education increases one's understanding of health, allowing one to make better health
decisions and achieve healthier results.

This study compared the modeling and control theories of parental influence on children's eating
attitudes and behavior, with an emphasis on snack foods. In this study, parents were questioned more
about their efforts to control their child's food intake and how they use food to influence behavior. In
East Asia, there is a general belief that in order to do well in school, more time and effort must be spent
studying, resulting in a lack of sleep. This viewpoint is strongest in East Asian cultures, which are fiercely
competitive and where purposeful sleep deprivation is most common. The purpose of the study is to
look into how sleep deprivation affects adolescents' mood, perceived exhaustion, and cognitive function.
