1. Can silence be considered to be a kind of music? How?

Answer: I don't believe silence to be a form of music. Sound, harmony, and melody all belong to
music. There is no sound, harmony, or melody in silence. If your imagination is active while
there is quiet, you can conjure up music and sound, but in all honesty, silence couldn't possibly
be music in my opinion. On the other hand, folks who desire a quiet and serene environment may
view silence as music.

2. Is it possible that some types of music may be considered as noise? Explain.

Answer: Yes, it's probable that some musical genres could be regarded as noise. The reason for
this is because music has sound, and you can understand every word when listening to various
types of songs. When we hear pop and rock music, we may state that it is regarded to be noise
when the volume of the song is between 110 and 150. In this case, we took into account the fact
that some musical genres are regarded as noise. Additionally, not everyone has the same musical
preferences, so if something doesn't sound pleasant to you, it can just be noise.

3. Reflect on the saying. "The Silence is Deafening". Can silence I be considered as a sound?
Can silence be considered as a form of noise? Explain.
Answer: The phrase "THE SILENCE IS DEAFENING" is accurate whether seen as a sound and
a type of noise. The rationale for this is supported by the studies cited above because when there
is quiet, our brain produces noise to fill the void, which we perceive as ringing or buzzing in the
ears. Only those who are deaf, however, may achieve this level of quiet since it is paradoxically
loud to them. As I've already explained, silence is regarded as both a sound and a noise since it
results from the lack of sound, which is what enables us to notice it.

4. Listen to “Tipang Bulag-Bulagan- A Roldan” can this be considered a music or noise? explain
and defend your answer
Answer: Unwanted sound that is deemed loud, unpleasant, or disruptive to hearing is referred to
as noise. When I listened to the Track 3 Tipang Bulag-bulagan it is really unpleasant to my ears
since it’s really not on harmony and doesn’t have rhythm like a normal music has but on the
other there’s what we call a noise music a genre of music that is characterised by the expressive
use of noise. This type of music tends to challenge the distinction that is made in conventional
musical practices between musical and non-musical sound.[4] Noise music includes a wide range
of musical styles and sound-based creative practices that feature noise as a primary aspect
therefore it’s a combination of music and sound in my own perception.
