INTRODUCTION
Education is one of the most important part of our lives in order for us to

survive in this world and have a better life. There are a lot of educational preferences that

some institutions of the world are doing in order to develop the educational systems.

In the Philippines, we have the lowest quality of education according the world national

survey conducted by the National University of Educational Achievement back in 2017.

The survey stated that the Philippines has the lowest number of employment among

students after they graduated. Additionally, some of the programs of the government are

ineffective and do not really contribute on the educational system at some point.

With this, we would like to propose a project that would enhance further the development

of the educational system in the country. Many households are using the

telecommunications platforms in getting the daily information they need to be updated,

furthermore, I would like to take that opportunity to use that platforms in order to develop

a daily habit of majority of students and even the parents to take advantage of using the

platform in order to study further and learn. The Department of Education (DepEd)

already started that program specially for those areas that are unfortunate and do not

have the capability to produce a good signal for online classes using the technological

advancement of synchronous sessions. Now, having this project I would be able to

contribute in their knowledge using the telecommunications platforms for change.

VISION
We would like to see this campaign to be successful in the coming years and be

able to distinguish by different organizations. Make an impact in the educational system

and make difference by providing a quality education through the help of the

telecommunications platform.

MISSION
To develop a direct access for education using the common broadcasting networks

as well as to provide educational learnings needed for the students to be productive and

competitive in all aspects of their lives. Touch their hearts through our own little way by

sharing relevant information needed for them to survive.

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

I have seen so many struggles during this pandemic for a lot of Educational Institutions

specifically in the mode of learnings of the students. Parents aren’t really in favor of the

distance learning because their children are not really learning effectively at all. Now, for

this campaign that I’m currently working on. This would really help them achieving the

goal of getting at least 80% of the population to get quality education since, most of the

telecommunications platforms that I will be coordinated with are known for their trusted

information campaign. Delivering the project is as hard to putting a string inside the

needle, but I believe with enough hard work and dedication I would be able to come up

with a good result upon execution of this campaign. On the other hand, my main purpose

really is to help improve the educational system in this time of crisis the pandemic to be

specific, as we are waiting still for the face to face classes to be approved by the

government after the series of testing and observation.

Our project is open to any people who wants to support and we would like to put a stress

on the high quality of education yet everybody has access to it and even the remote

areas will be able to use the program and will not limit the knowledge and life skills that

they will acquire in their education as it is the most integral part of their growth and

success.

CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVES

1. We want to transform the lives of the many people and be able to help them at

least in my own little way of sharing this campaign.

2. To develop self-awareness about the importance of quality education despite of

the situation we are facing today.

3. To educate children and students how education is vital in our lives as we needed

it in order to get along and live our life to the fullest.

With this objectives, my main goal is to make sure that everybody has access to

quality education and making sure that no one will be left behind in terms of how they

should be able to get the best life skills and knowledge that they can apply in every

possible way for them to survive and helps their families too.

Supporting this campaign will definitely save lives and build millions of dreams of people,

also develop a sense of “bayanihan system” where we can definitely contribute to build a

nation that has more and more people to be educated and live with a no worries.

Everybody has a job and at the same time. Nobody will suffer hunger because of the

application of their acquired knowledge and skills from school.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

Being the proponent of this online project campaign. The initial target is to

establish at least 10 different telecommunications broadcasting sites all over the country

in cooperation with the National Telecommunications Commission and with the help of

Philippine Broadcasting Company.

Initially, the plan is to propose at least 4 programs a day simultaneously telecast using

the social media platforms recorded lessons to be advertise all over the different regions

of the country. Now, the live broadcast will be initiated by the Department of Education

facilitated by the members of the different district committee of chosen faculty specializes

in the different core subjects and allied subjects.

Before the airing of the timeslot which is one in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 1 at

night. There should be a mass announcement to make sure that all the learners will be

informed of the schedule and making sure that all of them will get the necessary lessons

based on the given modules coming from the DepEd.

This campaign will not only be applicable to public schools but even for private schools. It

will definitely be a big help for all the learners on the same learning areas that they

wanted to get. Now, the role of the teachers is to monitor them 3 times a week and

provide the necessary feedback about the lessons aired on the different channels and

making sure that they will be able to submit the necessary output as an application of

what they have gotten from the lessons facilitated by the teachers on TV.

Phase 1 – Planning

 During this period, we conceptualized the project title and have it approved by the

support committee headed by our Teacher Sir Ariel N. Loñosa, who happened to

be the principal sponsor of the project campaign.

Phase 2 – Development and execution of the project

 Upon approval of the project title we created the project general overview and

accomplished the objectives and purpose as it is needed for the direction of the

project and to know why the project should be funded. Also this phase introduces

the creation of the website where all the information will be place, also this phase

gives us skills in basic website creation using the free hosting services platforms

specifically Google Site.

Phase 3 – Release and promotion

 Now, this phase is the time that the website for our online project campaign is

ready to release and publish for public consumption and let the people aware and

see what the project is all about. Now, in doing the first person to critique our work

is no other than our project sponsor for evaluation purposes.

Phase 4 – Completion and submission

 Finally, this phase is the part that we need to submit everything to the principal

sponsor for final deliberation and decision. As well as, for final evaluation of the

online project campaign. (The proposed document and website link)

PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT

Using the website, we would be able to fully promote the online project campaign

and create the impressions on how the people to likely appreciate and agreed with our

campaign and support it since it really for them specially for our intended audience which

are the students in general. Now, our website is basically the main platforms for

introducing the campaign and all the necessary information will be posted on it.

Here are the sample screenshots of the website we created using google sites.
