weeks on the latest inventory management software. You would love to participate in it. Write an

Dear Mr. Donald,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to know you about the present conditions of our tea
stall and our future steps which can make more profit and boast our service image. In recent days, we
had faced some bad experiences from some of our loyal customers. These faults were not only for
our employees but also our inventory process. You know that we serve a variety of tea, some of them
are more unusual than others. However, they are all reasonably priced. We also serve cupcakes,
pancakes, french toasts, and waffles. But some of our customers have started complaining about not
getting Japanese pickled tea AWABANCHA and Russian Sour Tea KOMBUCHA when they want.
A proper inventory process can solve the issue and increase our reputation.

Effective inventory management will affect every facet of our tea stall and make a significant
difference compared to the present condition. In modern inventory management systems, the latest
inventory management software manages every phase of the product life cycle. It includes modules
for sales forecasting, supply chain management, product ordering, stall management, and customer
fulfillment. Moreover, it can help us manage your inventory levels, alert you when it’s time to
reorder, and identify the most cost-efficient methods for ordering and storing products. That's why a
new training session is badly needed for our staffs on the latest inventory management software. If
you permit the training session, I can arrange it for three weeks on Supply Chain Management
Training Program (SCTP). I will make a new work schedule for our staffs so that all the staffs can
get acquire knowledge on the latest inventory management software.

As my knowledge in inventory management is outdated and limited, we have to hire a professional

trainer who is an expert and proper knowledge of modern inventory management technology. To hire
a professional trainer, I already contact a professor of a reputed university. For three weeks of the
training session, he has demanded 30,000 Taka. I know the amount is high in the pandemic situation.
But if we arrange it, it will help us to serve customers better with a proper inventory process and
make more profit from our tea stall.

Subject: Announcing to Work Extended Hours and a New Sale Promotion.

I hope you are staying safe and healthy during this crazy time! We know that the COVID-19
pandemic has devastated the global economy, which has rendered many of the world's population
impoverished. Moreover, the pandemic has generated some uncertainties regarding economic and
social policies. Our company has also faced a heavy loss in this pandemic situation. But you do not
need to worry about it. Our company cares about the hard-working of their employees. But you have
to cooperate with the company to face the pandemic situation.

As Christmas, the biggest festival of Bangladesh will be held in a few days, the pressure of work will
be increasing compared to any normal days. If we work hard together in this situation, we can
overcome the loss of our company. To face the work pressure, somedays we have to work extended
hours from December 11, 2021, to December 24, 2021: 7 days a week until 10 PM instead of the
usual 6 days a week until 8 PM. But we have a piece of bad news that the economic condition of our
company is so bad and we are unable to pay for extended hours this Christmas like other times. But
we will get our Christmas bonus like other times. Though the announcement is so difficult to accept,
I believe we can understand the pandemic situation.

We have another announcement to increase sales and expand our market. We have decided to give a
sale promotion on every product of our company. We will offer 5% discount on every product. This
sale promotion can boast our product image and interested customers to buy our products. To build
long-lasting relationships with users, we need to give customers this type of sale promotion that
works with our target audience. We believe this sale promotion will help us to overcome our loss.

Answer of the Bonus Question

It is generally an unfair question paper. Because every employee has the right to be paid for extra
work. Thinking this way, the question is completely unfair. But I explained the question a little
differently. I have given a lot of prominence to the Covid-19 pandemic situation along with
Christmas. Where many people are losing their jobs or their salaries are reducing, it is more
important to keep the job in order by working extended hours. Because the COVID-19 pandemic has
devastated the global economy.
