any business in the course of which food is supplied the place

(4) Every application for a composite food shop licence must
be accompanied by a certification made by an authorized
person or a registered structural engineer that, in relation to
the premises in respect of which the application is made, the
authorized person or registered structural engineer is satisfied
as to all matters specified in section 33(1)(b), (c), (d), (e), (f),

(ka) 如屬小食食肆,而其牌照並非在 1974 年 2 月 1 日前批出的, (i) a licence was granted before 1 February 1974; and

prescribed in Part III of Schedule 5;
