    Impression

    As a neophyte in the field of leading a school for only two years now, this training
    workshop had greatly broadened or widened my understanding of reading as a
    perennial concern in every school, especially on part of monitoring and evaluation. This
    7- days seminar-workshop has been helpful and inspiring. It is indeed combined with
    very high levels of professionalism, knowledge, and expertise from our resource
    speakers and facilitators with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. One of its strongest
    points is the existing platform that allows us to work at our own pace .
    The seminar was very interactive, practical, helpful, and entertaining too,
    enabling me to achieve my learning objectives.
    Generally speaking, I am glad to participate in this course although I admit that at
    first I was very hesitant due to lots of other concerns to do, but I have realized how this
    training was also very important to attend. Thank you for this opportunity of acquiring
    valuable knowledge. I am moved to apply what I have learned from all the sessions
    once I get back to my station.
