Title: the role of technology in education

Tema : The school of the future

Name :Shifa Justice

I remember when at school I had difficulty doing chemistry labs where Erlenmeyer glasses were so
limited and I had to take turns with other friends, not to mention when the online-based exam
system often encountered problems due to system errors, it was very difficult for me and other
students, on the other hand , technology must be utilized as well as possible to explore knowledge as
deeply as possible such as using Google to find data and facts that are very difficult to find in library
books

Ladiest and gentlemen

Several years ago at school when studying we still had to use writing tools such as pens, pencils and
books to record all the material written on the blackboard, it was tiring and boring, even if we
wanted to find additional information we had to go to the library to find books that we want it, not
to mention we have to get permission and fill out a loan list if we want to take it home, well I know it
sounds complicated and tiring.

But what if we could do all of that just by clicking on our cellphone screens or typing on the
computer? Surely it would be much easier, right?

In this day , we only need to use our cellphones by going to the internet and looking for material on
websites that contain material or even learning videos that we need without having to use any
books, and not only that, we can also study and practice questions for our exams with the internete,
and also schools have started teaching their students with laptops and LCD screens and using
interesting power points, so we don’t get bored while doing learning. With all of this studying will
become much easier for anyone.

Ladies and gentlemen

It is very important for us to utilize technology for learning, Bj Habibie once said “The Indonesian
nation will progress by strengthening science and technology and imtaq.”

That’s all I can say, I hopefully this will be useful for all of us and see you
