Background of the Study
The Creative Spark Enterprise is a company established by a group of students from the 4th
year level of BSBA Major in Operations Management at STI Batangas. The company's
product, the Pen Drive Fusion, was proposed by the students. The idea for the product was
inspired by their experiences in keeping important documents, not only for school but also for
personal use.
Based on their research, flash drives are portable and can store a large amount of data. This
makes them a convenient way to carry important files with you wherever you go. The students
also wanted to create a product that would be easy to use and would provide users with a
variety of benefits.
The Pendrive Fusion is a multifunctional writing and data storage device that can be used in
two different ways. It can be used as a traditional flash drive, or it can be used as a pen. The
pen function allows users to write notes or sign documents directly on the drive.
The Pendrive Fusion is a unique product that offers a variety of benefits to users. It is portable,
easy to use, and has a variety of functions. The students of Creative Spark Enterprise are
confident that the Pendrive Fusion will be a valuable tool for people who need to store and
manage important files.
a. Description of the product/service-The Pen Drive is a 2-in-1 device that combines the
functionality of a flash drive and a ballpoint pen. It has a large storage capacity, allowing
users to store important documents, presentations, and media files on the go. The Pen
Drive is also easy to use, with plug-and-play functionality that makes it easy to transfer
files between computers and devices. The Pen Drive is available in a variety of storage
capacities, from 8GB to 1TB. It is made of durable materials that can withstand every
day wear and tear. The Pen Drive is also backed by a one-year warranty. The students
who created the Pen Drive have access to the files stored on the drive. This is to ensure
that users' files are backed up in case the drive is lost or destroyed. However, users can
protect their privacy by providing the email and password that they used to create the
Pen Drive.
b. Organizational Type- The Creative Spark Enterprise is a partnership, which is a type of
business organization owned by the group of 4th year BSBA Students. It is a private
sector business, which means that it is owned and operated by individuals or
companies, rather than by the government. The Creative Spark Enterprise strives to
provide high-quality pen drives at a competitive price, while also meeting the needs of
its customers. is a manufacturing business, which means that it transforms raw
materials into finished products. In the case of pen drives, the raw materials are plastic,
metal, and electronic components. These materials are then assembled into finished
pen drives that are ready to be sold to consumers.
c. Organizational Form- Creative Spark Enterprise is a general partnership formed by
five parties who have agreed to manage and operate a business and share its profits.
The partnership is governed by a written partnership agreement that specifies the rights
and responsibilities of the partners. All partners have equal ownership of the business
and are jointly and severally liable for its debts and obligations. This means that each
partner is personally liable for the debts of the partnership, even if they were not
involved in incurring the debt. The partnership can be terminated by any partner giving
the other partners written notice of termination. The profits of the business will be
shared equally between the partners.

Significance of the Study
The significance of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of selling a Pen Drive that is both a
flash drive and a ballpoint pen. This study will help to determine the market demand for such a
product, as well as the costs involved in production and marketing. The findings of this study
will be beneficial to the following:

Background of the Study
Ampalaya, also known as bitter melon or bitter gourd, is a tropical vegetable that is known for
its bitter taste. However, it is also a highly nutritious vegetable that is packed with vitamins,
minerals, and antioxidants. Ampalaya has been shown to have a number of health benefits,
including lowering blood sugar levels, reducing cholesterol levels, and boosting the immune
system.
Ice cream is a popular dessert that is enjoyed by people of all ages. It is typically made with
milk, cream, sugar, and flavorings. However, there are also a number of ice cream flavors that
are made with fruits and vegetables.
The TROPICAL TEAM is a group of students from the 4th year level of BSBA Major in
Operations Management at STI Batangas who are passionate about creating healthy and
delicious food products. They believe that ampalaya ice cream is a unique and innovative
product that has the potential to appeal to a wide range of consumers.
The product, named BITTER-SWEET SYMPHONY, is made with fresh ampalaya, milk, cream,
sugar, and natural flavors. The ampalaya is carefully selected and processed to minimize its
bitterness. The other ingredients are then added to create a rich and creamy ice cream with a
subtle bitterness that is balanced by the sweetness of the sugar and other flavors.
c. Organizational Form – The Tropical Team is a partnership formed by five parties, who
have agreed to manage and operate a business to share its profits. The choice of a
partnership as the organizational structure for The Tropical Team is a strategic one.
Partnerships allow for shared ownership and decision-making, drawing on the diverse
strengths and perspectives of each partner. This collaborative approach fosters
innovation and creativity, essential elements in the competitive ice cream market. Within
this organizational framework, roles and responsibilities are distributed among the
partners, reflecting their individual skills and interests. All partnerships have equal
ownership of the business and are liable for the obligations. The individuals are
personally responsible for the debts the partnership takes on. The specifics of profit
sharing will almost certainly be laid out in writing in a partnership agreement.

the same juice. The sinkers are made by freezing the juices into small, bite-sized pieces.
When the drinks are consumed, the sinkers slowly melt, adding a refreshing and chewy texture
to the drink.
The company's products are available in the flavor of Buko. JUICY CREATIONS is committed
to providing its customers with healthy and refreshing drinks that are also affordable.
In addition to its commitment to health and affordability, JUICY CREATIONS is also committed
to sustainability. The company uses recycled materials in its packaging, and it is working to
reduce its environmental impact.
a. Description of the product/service – Coco Float is made from its main ingredient,
Coconut. The coconut juice derived from young coconuts is a natural and hydrating beverage.
Packed with essential nutrients like electrolytes, vitamin C, dietary fiber, and antioxidants, it
promotes hydration, supports the immune system, aids digestion, and offers a mild natural
sweetness. In addition to its juice, shredded coconut is also included, as it is versatile and can
enhance the flavor and texture of various dishes and desserts. And to elevate the beverage,
gulaman will be added as it brings a delightful jelly-like texture, subtle flavor enhancement,
variety, and visual appeal to the drink. It complements the existing ingredients and adds a
unique touch, making Coco Float even more appealing to health-conscious consumers.
Through this, the researchers have combined ingredients with numerous health benefits for
consumers. While many beverages tend to be overly sweet and unhealthy, Coco Float
prioritizes better health, attracting health-conscious consumers.
