Challenges of Secondary/SHS Teachers in handling

1. Teachers undergo seminars and trainings on the different


specialized subjects in the accounting, business, and
Management tracks.
2. Conducted school-based seminars and training in different
fields of ABM.
3. Teachers also collaborate with industry professionals and
experts to ensure that the curriculum aligns with the current
demands and trends in the business sector.
4. Conducted collaborations with local businesses and
organizations, allowing students to gain real-world experience
through internships and apprenticeships.

competencies.
3. More collaborations with industry partners are needed to
provide students with hands-on learning opportunities and
exposure to the latest industry practices.
4. The Department plans to strengthen partnerships with
universities and colleges to offer more advanced courses and
certifications in specialized fields, ensuring that students are
well-prepared for their chosen career paths.
5. Provide an assessment exam to examine students'
problem-solving abilities and reading comprehension for
incoming grade 11 students.
