This Deed of Absolute Sale is made, executed, and entered into by:

MACALINO INTERNATIONAL/AQUALINO PURE WATER, a bussiness duly registered under the

Philippines law with business address at No. 245 Pablo Ocampo St., La Paz, Makati City, Philippines, represented
herein by Maria Elizabeth M. Puzon hereinafter referred to as the SELLER.

ZAIREN WATER REFILLING STATION., a single proprietor and existing under the laws of the
Philippines with office address at 245-G Pablo Ocampo St., La Paz, Makati City, Philippines, represented herein
by Rosario D. Manalo and Nardito Manalo JR., hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php
150,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid by the buyer to the seller, the SELLER DO HEREBY SELL,
TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, his heirs and assigns, the certain
