Open Microsoft Edge and click on the dotted menu at the top right corner of the edge.

please click on Settings.

Under Clear browsing data, click on Choose what to clear.

Choose Browsing history and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

B: Ok

B: Now please check whether it is working it is working fine or not.

9. To delete temporary files from C drive.

B: mam I think that you have too many temporary file stored in c drive.

A: ok, so how i can delete those files?

B: Mam You just have follow some simple steps.

s1 close all the application which are opened,

OPEN FILE MANAGER and select C drive,

double click on it. Can you see the files stored in it

a: yeah i can see them.

B: yes sir now we have delete all these files. for that just press windows plus R and write command
% and then type TEMP again %.

B: okay then,

A: then press ok, it will open your temp folder

B: yeah

A now you have press control A to select all the files. then press delete key

B:OKAY

A: now all the temporary are deleted now please restart your system once

B: okay. just wait for 2 min

a: now please check your system is working properly or not?

10. Allow ping in windows firewall

B: Right click on the network icon which is at the left of the task bar
B:There will be two options, select second open which is network and sharing center
B: Here you will find your connection name just click on it then new window will open
B: Click on properties then select option internet protocol version 4
B: Then again click on properties and select obtain an “IP adress automatically” and now select
“obtain DNS server add automatically”. and click OK.
Now check your wifi icon i hope that yellow color sign must not be there.

IT: type firewall.cpl and then click ok.

c: yes I have done it.

IT: it will bring to windows defender firewall followed by the control panel.

On the top left corner of the screen, below control panel home you will see an option “Allow an
app or feature through windows defender firewall”.

c: yes its visible to me

IT: click on allow

c:I have done that a list of apps is visible to me.

IT: could you please click on file and printer sharing feature.

C: yes

IT: click on enable and then click ok.

C: yeah
