B: Yea. Turn off your computer and unplug it from the wall. Than open up the case,
unclip RAM clips and stick modules until the click. Then close the case and try to turn on your
computer.
A:OK. Done that, I got an long beeps and black screen. What should I do?
B:Check if you pressed on RAM enough.
A: Oh, thanks that worked.
