TUGAS UAS EDUCATION MENEGEMENT

1.The first strategy is to increase education opportunities. All citizens of the republic of Indonesia are
given equal access to the same education, whatever their economic level, wherever they live, and
whatever their social background.

The second strategy is increasing the educational relevance with development. One concept used in this
strategy was that of link and match (curriculum content) between teaching materials and job market).
The application of the concept of link and match is expected to give birth to graduates who have the
kind of skills the corporate world really needs so that when graduation they are "ready to work".
However, there is a tendency among educational practitioners to understand that educational graduates
need professional skills. All courses, types, and ranks of education are directed at the performance of
vocational skills to learners, without sufficient attention to nonprofessional aspects, such as personality
and ethics. As a result, many of the graduates are skilled at work but lack the personality and attitude
needed for success in work. Many of those who are highly skilled and dedicated in their work lack a
good working morality.

The third strategy is enhanced education quality. The application of this strategy begins with a grade
school level, which is by developing a professional coaching system (SPP) with a school cluster approach.
Three to eight elementary schools of nearby locations are grouped together in groups, where one school
is designated asa primary school and the other becomes a school of the affected.

The fourth strategy is to improve education efficiency management. Until 1998 or the fall of the new
order regime, education development programs focused more on quantity aspects. In the second
quarter of 2007, the number of BPR had increased to rp2.3 trillion in the fourth quarter of 2007.
Institutions of education at the elementary school level to college are encouraged to develop its
programs efficiently. Achieving a high degree of education in an area can impair development in that
area. This is because with a high level of education, there will be no shortage of human resources in the
region. For in this case in development in addition to natural resources is also required of high human
resources.
