At the end of the discussion, the learners should be able to:
a. discuss the different types of business according to their activities;
b. show interest of the topic; and
c. make a survey of the different types of business establishments in the community.

III - LEARNING ACTIVITIES

a. Preparation. (Greetings/Review of the previous lesson.)
“Give an example of business entity in the community and what their operation?”
b. Presentation. (Slides from MS PowerPoint)
1. Explain to the learners the definition of business and its types according to their
activities.
2. Brainstorming/Cooperative Learning.
c. Discussion. (Interaction with the learners)
1. Doing Survey. (By group - make a list of different types of business
establishments in the community.)

IV - ASSESSMENT OF LEARNING
a. Activity/Application. The learners can describe the three (3) business entities
according to their activities through answering the survey form.
