This book contains 14 jutsus and arts inspired in Jiraiya’s


weird-ass hair jutsus, but there’s a few that came from
characters like Kurenai, Fuguki, Ino, Momoshiki and Yodo,
from Boruto. I also included a Game-Only jutsu, and a
remake of Needle Jizo, Needle Hell, and Lion’s Mane, from
the original Book. Also I included 3 jutsus that has nothing
to do with Hair, but are a nice addittion.

How you can apply this jutsus to your game is up to you


and your DM. They can be long-forgotten jutsus only able
for those that find the scrolls in the world. Or simply just
make them accessible to every class or clan, or to some
select ones. Its up to you and your DM

targeted for an attack, or Jutsu.

Cost: 9 Chakra

Description: You activate the roots of your hair causing your
hair to grow at a heightened rate, while you control it to
wrap around your body and harden with spiked, needle like
hair protruding from it. While inside your hardened hair
reduce your movement speed to 0. You gain +3 AC until you
end this jutsu. Creatures who make a melee attack against
you take 3d8 Piercing damage. You fail any Dexterity Saving
Throw while this jutsu is active.
At Higher Ranks: For each rank you cast this jutsu above C-
Rank, increase the cost of this jutsu by 3. Increase the AC
Bonus by +1 and damage by 1d8

B-RANK
ADVANCE HAIR BINDING TECHNIQUE
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: B-Rank
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 60 feet
Duration: Concentration, Up to 1 minute

Description: This technique is a more complex versión of
the normal Hair binding technique, giving the user a variety
of options once the target is captured. The target makes a
Dexterity Saving throw, ganing the restrained and
incapacitated condition on a failed save, and must take a
Strenght Saving Throw at the start of each of his turns to
end the conditions and free himself. You can freely move the
creautre during the duration. You can only target creatures
up to one size larger that you.
Once captured, you can choose a what to do with the
creature as a bonus action,.
• Strangle: you can deal 4d8 bludgeoning Damage
• Suffocate: You wrap your hair arround the neck of your
creature, and start suffocating it.
• Throw: You launch the target, send it hurtling 60 ft away
at high speed. Taking double falling damage if they hit a
solid surface like a tree, wall, or floor.

WILD LION'S MANE TECHNIQUE
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: A-Rank
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 90 feet
Duration: instant
Components: CM, HS
Cost: 20 Chakra

Description: This technique is the pinacle of hair
manipulation. When casting this jutsu, you can select one of
two actions.
• Lions Bite: Your hair takes form of a lion’s mouth, and
expands towards your enemy. Make a ranged ninjutsu
attack, dealing 8d10 piercing damage. The target must
make a Constitution saving throw, gaining ranks of the
Bleeding Condition equal to the amount of 5,6,7 or 8
rolled on the damage check on a fail, or half the ammount
on a success.
• Lions Bind: Your hair expands and tries to takes grip of the
objective and pulling it apart. The objective must make a
Dexterity Saving Throw, taking 6d10 bludgeoning
damage. If you roll 4 of more 10s, you pull apart and
dismember a limb of the objective. You may or may not
roll a d4 on your DMs command in order to determine
wich limb is lost.
