1. Help in designing talent sourcing plan and work on process improvisation of
recruitment and on – boarding. 2. Manage functionally job description pertaining to various roles and keeping them updated. 3. Take recruitment mandates and work delivery of positions in TAT defined. 4. Create and implement new low cost recruitment practices. Job Profile 5. Help in creating and updated HR recruitment SOP periodically. 6. Establish internal stakeholder relationship and engage with external vendors and consultants. 7. Develop branding plan for recruitment and drive for execution in association with marketing team. 8. Work closely with HR Operations team to promote internal recruitment drives through Referral and IJP 9. Research and create reports related to HR best practices and initiatives 10. Assist with adhoc HR projects as necessary
