The bar chart provides information on how much coffee was produced in four countries

(Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, and Vietnam) between 1990 and 2010.


Overall, it is evident that Brazil had the highest coffee production over the 20-year period.
Additionally, the amount of coffee produced in Brazi, Indonesia, and Vietnam rose over the
period given while the opposite was true for coffee production in Colombia.
At the beginning of the period, around 0,7 million tones of coffee were produced in Brazil,
which was followed by a steady and almost threefold soar to finish the period with 1,9 million.
In contrast, the figures for Colombia followed an opposite pattern. Furthermore, there was a
steady decline of 0,1 million every 5 years to end at 0,4 tonnes in Colombia by 2010.
Turning to the figures for the two remaining countries, Vietnam and Indonesia. From 1990 to
1995, Vietnam and Indonesia were seen a steady unchanged in the amount of coffee
production at 0,2 and 0,1 million tones respectively. In the following 15 years, both Vietnam
and Indonesia witnessed a plateau of 0,2 million tonnes of coffee and finally doubted at 0,3
and 0,4 million in 2010.
