OBLIGATION OF CONFIDENTIALITY

1. In relation to participation in trainings organized by Company, I undertake not to disclose or use any information (trade, organizational, financial), concerning the
Company or its businesses or its customers/suppliers, not generally known to the public (hereinafter known as “Confidential Information”). In particular Confidential
Information is: given or received from Company information regarding its customers, any personal data, any documentation, any information or materials provided by
the Company during trainings, information involving or related to the business which, if misused or disclosed, could adversely affect the Company’s image, good name,
market value or material and non-material interests, its customers/suppliers and parties cooperating with the Company.

2. In case of receiving Confidential Information from the Company, I declare to return them immediately after its being used, however no later than on the day of
cooperation with the Company comes to an end. Above obligation includes all copies.

3. In the scope of Confidential Information, I declare in particular:

a) highest degree of care in the scope of protection against unauthorized access or destruction,

b) not to use or disclose directly or indirectly Confidential Information for my personal benefit or for benefit of any other person, company or any other entity,

c) not to copy (at any medium), not to reproduce, not to distribute, not to share in any way, for the benefit of any third parties, any Confidential Information,

d) prompt notice the Company of any incidents, breaches or non-compliance connected with Confidential Information.

4. Information shall not be deemed Confidential Information and I shall have no obligation to keep it confidential if disclosure is required by law. I am aware that
before any disclosure of Confidential Information I am obliged to notice the Company such request with the type of information to be disclosed and requesting entity, in
the written form.

5. Obligation of confidentiality shall remain in effect for 3 (three) years from submitting.

6. Obligation of confidentiality is governed by the polish law.
