PHD ENGLISH ADMISSION NOTICE-I
SESSION (2023-2028)
The following candidates have been selected for admission to PHD ENGLISH PROGRAMME for the academic session
2023-2028 subject to the following conditions:-
1. Any candidate who is found at any time to have obtained admission by making any miss-statement in the Admission Form or by willful
concealment of any material fact (particularly about marks, division, previous admission to the Institute or employment, expulsion,
conviction etc.) shall be dropped from the rolls of Institute.
2. Students shall pay their dues in the University by the prescribed date after obtaining necessary Challan Forms from the Institute office,
before the close of banking hours 19-09-2023. Those who do not deposit their dues within this period shall lose their right to
admission.
3. The University reserves the right to correct any typographical error, omission, etc.

1. Kindly bring your original academic documents which will be verified by Mr. Rashid Hussain, Institute of English Studies, University of
the Punjab, Lahore. Also bring online Admission fee challan and application form.
2. After verification of the documents get the challan from Mr. Hafiz Muhammad Hussain to deposit admission fees to Habib Bank
Limited, New Campus, Lahore.
3. Candidates selected on merit other than University of the Punjab must submit their Equivalence Certificate and NOC from their last
Institution to Hafiz Muhammad Hussain.
