Mrs. Shirley G. Aguinaldo led the group into prayer.

II. Meeting Proper

 Virtual PAASCU Orientation-Blended Modality for Accreditation

 PAASCU Visit - Blended Approach

Ms. Kittie Santos led the group into prayer. She then introduced the host for the PAASCU
orientation, Dr. Cynthia Arcadio.

 Other matters

Teachers will have their clearance for this academic year. They should submit the following
requirements to their subject are coordinators, hard and soft copies of Learning Plans,
Curriculum Maps, Subject Content Budget, Test of Specification, Test Questionnaire, Webinars
Attended with Certificate of attendance. Hard copies of corrected test papers with item analysis
and class record , Minutes of the Meetings for their clubs/organizations, year-end reports, and
they should return the things they have borrowed from the Library , office of the GS Principal ,
Canteen , Bookstore and from their subject area coordinators.

III. Adjournment

Having no other matters to discuss, Mrs. Christy B. Felizarta moved to adjourn the meeting. The
meeting ended at 2:45 pm
