AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

I, U-NARD J. SUMAMPONG, of legal age, Filipino, married, with

residence and postal address at Block 5 Lot 2 Phase 3 Purok NVS, Napolan,
Pagadian City, Philippines, after having been sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and say:

That I am the same person who applied for NBI clearance with the NBI
Office, Pagadian City;

That I was so much surprised when the response states that I was the
accused in Case No. 6985-2K3 for RAPE, now pending in the Pagadian City
RTC Branch 22;

That I vehemently denied having committed such criminal offense and that I
have not involved in criminal activity whatsoever ever since in my life being a true
believer of God;

That upon verification to the aforementioned records at the above-named

office, I found out that the person charged in the above-mentioned case is NARDO
SUMAMPONG whose family name only happened to be similar in my family
name and whose identity I have never seen not even known to my family;

That I have never been committed a criminal and/or civil case either for
violation of law or ordinance up to the present.

That I am executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily to attest to the

veracity of the foregoing for a clearance purposes from the National Bureau of
Investigation (NBI), Pagadian City and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 2 nd day
