The initial request of the lT department for the laptop repair is for keyboard replacement. Upon
checking Of the laptop by the supplier, the technician had recommended to replace the charger first
instead of the keyboard since most Of its keys are still functioning well, though the three keys (periocl,
comma, slash) get stuck when used. The cash that was requested for the payment of the keyboard
was used to buy a new charger`

We are requesting to replace the amount used to buy the charger so we can proceed with the
