Dereje Tefera’s Personal Qualities and Skills

I am pleased to write my views on my personal qualities and skills to meet each of the
competencies required for the post.I have known myself for the past 14 years when I served as
expert on different positions while working in governmental institutions and non-governmental
organizations as focal person in world vision Ethiopia (WVE) and Agricultural growth program
(AGP) in Jimma Genetidistrict area program, Horo Guduru Wollega Zone, Oromia regional
state.

I am intelligent, mature and industrious person with analytical bent of mind. I feel that this
perspicacious in to any task that I undertake is one of strong point.

My inherent ability to reason out things for basic concept, my diligence, and my analytical
approach in the problem solving and above all my pragmatic programming perceptibility makes
me an ideal candidate for the competencies required for the post. I have a good command over
English as evidenced by my lucid presentation when I was focal person in world vision Ethiopia
JimmaGeneti district area project both in written and oral forms.

I am confident that if I am given the right opportunity and encouraging guidance I would
distinguish myself in all activities and become a valuable asset to your organization. In addition,
my wise in making decision, very hard working, sincere, and emotional matured, systematic and
highly result oriented. Hence with all my qualities, I have no doubt that I will perform best at any
position equivalent to my qualification.
