    Hello and good day everyone, I am Victor Carlo B. Gorom, your news reporter for
    today. According to PHIVOLCS, Mount Mayon Volcano Network recorded 12
    volcanic earthquakes, 147 rockfall events, and 5 pyroclastic density current events.
    Alert Level 3 has been maintained on Mount Mayon as of September 17, 2023,
    because of its current high level of unrest and hazardous eruption. The 6-kilometer
    Permanent Danger Zone around Mount Mayon still remains evacuated due to the
    dangers of eruptions of Mount Mayon. Continuous activities such as rock falls,
    lava flows, ash falls or ash eruptions, and so on, are being monitored by the local
    authorities. As of now, DOST-PHIVOLCS are maintaining a close eye on Mount
    Mayon for any more volcanic activities. That’s it for my News Report for today
