Brief Rationale

According to society’s standard, in order to get a higher academic score is to put time
and effort into studying your materials. In any school system, academic performance is the
priority of most students. Several studies have shown that factors such as motivation and study
time have impacted on students‘ achievement (Cote & Levine, 2000: Singth, Granville, & Dika,
2002). We, the researchers, have been curious about how effective it would be for the students to
make an impact on their academic score when studying for a long period of time compared to a
shorter session.
