This research paradigm shows the input, process and ouput of the study.

As for the input phase involved gathering relevant data through a survey

questionnaire and interviews. The demographic profile of the respondents,

including age, sex, section, and strand, provided essential information for

understanding the diverse student population affected by excessive gadget

use.
And during the process phase, we distributed questionnaires and collected

data on the demographic profile, addictive nature of gadgets, and the

perceived effects of excessive gadget use on students' overall health. The

collected data were analyzed and interpreted and able to present the data.

And the output phase resulted in several key findings. The demographic

profile revealed a diverse student population affected by excessive gadget

use. The addictive nature of gadgets was evident, with students expressing a

strong reliance on smartphones and social media platforms. The perceived

effects of excessive gadget use on students' overall health were significant,

including physical health issues such as sedentary behavior and sleep

disturbances, as well as mental health concerns like increased stress levels

and decreased attention span. The social aspects of students' lives were also

impacted, with decreased face-to-face communication and strained

relationships.
