Course Description The course deals with the nature of identityAs well as the factors and forces that affects the development and maintenance of
personal identity. The course is divided into three major parts. The first part seeks to understand the construct of the self from
various disciplinal perspectives: philosophy. sociology and anthropology. The second part explores some of the various aspects that
includethe physical, sexual, spiritual, political, economic and digital self. Lastlyis the managing and caring for the self. Furthermore,
this course encourages the students to give due respects to Philippine laws and manage wisely in developing giftedness in order to
contribute to the national development
