1. Reference: TOG-7 Flight Directive Nr 03-08-01 dated 23 August 2023.

2. Per above reference, the Sokol 924 was tasked to perform Maritime
Patrol jibe ferry MJB Cares Foundation Personnel at Brgy Ransang, Rizal and
perform communication check of friendlies over the said area.

6. Narative:

O/a 0619 Angel 922 started engines and took off climbing to 5,000 ft
over ABA station for aerial photography of ABAB and WESCOM land area. After
which, angel 922 landed and performed engine shutdown at the ABAB base opns
o/a 0657 for pilot briefing with personnel from MJB CARES FOUNDATION. After the
briefing, O/a 0722, Angel 922 started engines with 8 passengers and took off
proceeding Brgy Ransang to ferry personnel. After the ferry mission, Angel 922
proceeded at Tarumpitao air strip in Rizal and shutdown o/a 0845 for gas up. After
gassing up, Angel 922 started engines o/a 1015 to perform MARPAT over South
palawan. Upon approaching Balabac, the weather was hazy and cloudy. Angel 922
diverted and proceeded to pick up personnel at Brgy Ransang. After pick up, Angel
922 proceeded to Rizal to ferry the passengers. O/a 1131, Angel 922 landed and
shutdown. O/a 1202, Angel 922 started engines and took off proceeding RPVP. O/a
1302, Angel 922 landed and shutdown at TOG 7 ramp. All pilots, crew and systems
are okay.

7. Problems Encountered
No major problems were observed during flight.

Anticipate minor discrepancies during preparations for flight missions.
