 Trucking Service – Eglin Trucking
will provide 3 Hauler Trucks (MBA
9621, TYK 949, & YGL 264), with
valid PTO & PPD sticker.
 Berth – Tramping Berth.
 Operation will stop when there’s
heavy rain & waves.
 Dockage & wharfage payment will
be paid by the ship.
 May 25-27, 2022 – 31 trips
approximate.
 Safety& Security Discussed Health Protocol such as
mandatory use of face mask & face
shield, use Traze Application for contract
tracing, complete PPE uniform upon
operation. MARPOL safety security was
also discussed. Submit DOS, crew list,
ID and before leaving the port ask
permission and gate pass.
 No smoking within the Port Area.
 Spill Boom & Ship Oil Pollution
emergency plan must spread
around the vessel.
 Please be guided with all the
conditions specified at DG
Handling Permit.

Other Matters CHO will conduct Tool Box meeting. Stop

operation during bad weather and
proceed to anchorage area if necessary.
