The 7 Ps is a marketing framework often used in business and marketing strategy. It expands on the
traditional 4 Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion) and adds three additional Ps
(Process, Physical Evidence and people) to provide a more comprehensive approach to marketing.
7 Ps of Rangmanch
Product – Rangmanch’s core product will be its streaming service, offering a wide range of
movies, TV shows, and live content in Local and global languages to subscribers with various
genres.
1. Content - It will have two major Categories of content.
Licensed non-first-window content- Rangmanch will offer the content
that has already been released on other platforms. Content under this
category will includes shows like Popular K-dramas, Animes,
Hollywood content etc.
Licensed original first-window content- The content will be exclusive to
Rangmanch for a certain period of time. This will include old content
like Shaktiman, Shaka laka Boom Boom, etc.
2. Plan- There will be 4 types of plan available for the subscribers. i.e. Free
with Advertisements, Silver plan, Gold plan, and Diamond Plan.
Price – Pricing of Rangmanch will include value Based pricing Model where customers will
pay Monthly/Annually Subscriptions. It will include 4 types of pricing options.
