1. I know how to speak Spanish not like a Mexican but I know to defend myself. I explained I didn’t
have perfect Spanish. I told him I will ask him questions to see which program is best for him.
Did the question etc. after we went tru the email process and after that he had doubt of the
card payment and etc I tired to explain to my best why they charge and how it works after that
he said he wasn’t interest because he didn’t trust and the end
2. Went tru the script and etc went tru the questions and email process did the explaining and etc
he asked again because he didn’t trust I tired to explain etc he did proceed etc he asked to call
back and I scheduled it

3. When with the introduction and process, I reached the email part which was giving her
problems which I didn’t know to explain and I did a callback.
4. Went by with the introduction and the questions, went with the email process she does need a
credit card so I did a call back for the time she said.

Call Backs

On my point of view from my recording I would say I have a lack of confidence on what I am saying
and on what I know in some they say or ask thing I don’t know which I cant answer at 100% but I try
keep in mind this is my second week of working with this campaign just getting to know how it work
and I keep learning every day. So I would say personally the conversions could have been made if I
gain there trust 85% and I need to learn how to control but my callers and myself during the call so it
can go neatly
