“Narrative Report”
Last April 1, 2023 we had our face to face class meeting with our NSTP 102 teacher Miss
Ortega. The meeting started around exactly 7:40 am. During our face to face class we had our
prayer, the Philippine National Anthem, “Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas”and our Alma
Mater song. After our short introduction for class, Ms. Ortega greeted us with a “good
morning” and we also expressed our greetings to her then she let us sit properly. Afterwards,
she asked us how we are, since she was not able to attend the class meeting last Saturday
because she attended a seminar. Then, we respond appropriately that we are fine. She also
reminded us that we don’t have a sort of discussion at that time since we need to prepare for
our “project proposal”.

Later on, Miss Ortega recall all the things that we need to remember about “project
proposal”. She briefly explain that before we implement our project proposal we should have
a good understanding of our project and our recipient before writing our project proposal.
Since, conducting preliminary research will help us write a detailed and compelling
document.Then, Miss Ortega asked us each big group leader to present and brief flow for
their “project proposal”. Before she let the leaders of each big group to present in front of
what we have been plan for our project, she asked each big group if we already done all the
parts of the “project proposal” which is the template that Miss Ortega provided. However,
there’s a misunderstanding about the about the instruction that was sent in our group chat. By
the reason that each group leader as well as the members thought that Miss Ortega prefer only
to report or explain in front the objectives and behind the catchy title that we are going to
make for our “project proposal”. Due to this, Miss Ortega let us form a circle para to point
out what is our main goal for our “project proposal”. Altogether, we plan our project
concisely then each one of us share our ideas of what are the things that we can add up for or
“project proposal”. After 20 minutes of our planning Miss Ortega asked us to arrange
properly our sits. Then, she orderly write on the board which group that are going to present
first and who will be the last. As usual our group was the last to present for our planning so
that Miss Ortega will have an idea which group or class are the one that will chosen for the
implementation. Miss Ortega also told us already which Barangay that we are going to
implement for our “project proposal” which is the “barangay Tinago”.Afterwards, Miss
Ortega asked our President to collect 40 pesos for our health insurance. Then, she also
distributed parents' consent for us to be more secure while implementing our “project
proposal” in that certain Barangay.

Furthermore, our meeting last time gave me an idea about our “project proposal” since my
part of our “project proposal” is the background of the study. I came up with the idea of how
to start it. Since, I actually don’t know where the place is located that we are going to
implement. Honestly, it's actually hard to start doing my part, especially since I don’t have
any idea about it even if our leader provides a sample. Yet, our meeting last Saturday was fine
and good just like the other meetings but with a different scenario. Lastly, Miss Ortega also
reminded us to start making our narrative report for April 1, 2023 and also the narrative report
last March 25, 2023 to be submitted in lms. Then, we bid goodbye to her as well as she bid
goodbye to us before we went out in our classroom.
