SCENE ONE: INT: NEWS ROOM – EARLY MORNING:

SALLY and SAMANTHA are sitting in the broadcast studio,
the show opens to them sitting and the title sequence
shows on screen.
SALLY
(cheerful and peppy)
Hello everyone welcome back to Sally and
Samantha’s morning news here for you while you
get ready for school!
I’m Sally!
SAMANTHA
(smiling and waving)
Hey I’m Samantha!

SOUNDS: PHONE RINGS.

MUSIC: UPBEAT AND CHEERY.

Sally picks her phone up and answers. Her and Samantha

are centred in the shot and it zooms in on Sally
speaking. Music fades out.

SALLY
(speaking away to the phone and looking at the
camera)
Hello caller! You’ve reached the Super Sally
Show, how can Samantha and I help you today?

SOUNDS: FAKE TALKING ON THE OTHER END, MUFFLED

VOICE.

SALLY
(shocked and talking to the camera now)

Oh no! Olivia has lost her favourite bear,

Talulua, we have to help her! Can you help us?

There’s a brief pause for kids to respond to.

SOUNDS: MUFFLED TALKING ON THE PHONE.

SALLY
(dramatic gasp and over acting)
Olivia suspects… a murder! She says that her
other toys have been jealous of all the
attention! We better get moving, and fast!

Sally run out of frame with Samantha following behind out

of frame and past the camera.
FADES TO

SCENE TWO: INT: HALLWAY – LATE MORNING:

A piece of paper is found, it lays on the floor. SAMANTHA
runs over and picks up the paper. SALLY follows close
being

SALLY
(speaking to the camera)
Samantha found a clue! Lets read it!

SOUNDS; Paper unfolding.

MUSIC: DRAMATIC.

Over shoulder shot as the paper is unfolded and then a

centre shot.

SAMANTHA
We have Talula,
and if you want her, you better come fast
and bring cookies with ya,
or else you cant get past.
We are waiting,
In a room full of paintings.

SAMANTHA
We have to hurry! The note says we have to get
cookies, we can go Sainsburys!

SALLY
Samantha you’re right! We have to get cookies!
We can trade the cookies in for Talula and
return her home safely. I wonder where the
bears are waiting? Do you guys know?

Brief silence.
SAMANTHA
The kids are right! Maybe there’s another clue
in Sainsburys! Let’s get going!

The two run off and the camera swerves to follow them run
out the doors.
FADES TO
SCENE THREE: INT: SAINSBURYS – MIDDAY:
The shop is slightly busy, there is people around but we
are in the biscuit isle. It’s SAMANTHA and SALLY. They
are discussing what biscuit to pick. And then a note
falls from between the biscuit packets. Sally picks it up
and reads it aloud.

Sally

Tick Tock,
Your time is coming to a stop.
Bring us the treasure.
And we will let her go with pleasure.
She is still in the room
Where artists often bloom.
I wonder where that could be?
A room with artists and paintings?

SAMNTHA
What do you kids think?

Brief silence.

SAMNTHA
You’re right! The art room! I bet that’s where
they’re keeping Talula.

SALLY
Oh Yes! You’re so smart Samantha. The art room!
Quick we don’t have long!

They run out the shop again with the biscuits.

CUTS TO
SCENE FOUR: INT: ART ROOM – MIDDAY:
SAMNTHA and SALLY arrive and they look around. The camera
dramatically zooms in on the teddy on the table, ‘dying’.

Sally
Oh my goodness! Talula!!

TALULA is a stuffed bear with all her stuffing pulled

out, there is ‘blood’ in her stuffing. Its dramatic as
the pair rush to help her.

Sally
We have to help her!

SCREEN GOES BLACK

SCENE FIVE: INT: ROOM WITH BRIGHT LIGHT, LOOKING AT
CEILING - MIDDAY

SOUNDS: HEART BEEPING MONITOR.

MUSIC: DRAMATIC, BEAT BEEPING TO THE HEART
MONITOR.

The angle is if we are the bear, we stare up at a bright

light,
Blink
A hand stuffing back the stuffing
Blink
Being sewn up with needle and thread.
FADES TO BLACK

SCENE SIX: INT: A room – EARLY MORNING:

TALULUA, SAMANTHA and SALLY are sat in a room, chatting.
Sally points out the camera and they all wave. Camera was
like a person walking about when they spotted Sally
Talula and Samantha and walked over.

SOUNDS: FAINT NOISE OF SPEAKING, FADES OUT.

SALLY
Our patient, Talula, is all healthy and safe.
She almost died, but Mint managed to save her

life. Here’s a lesson for you all, be kind to

everyone, or else you may end up hurting
someone, or getting yourself hurt.

SAMANTHA
Talula is going to be back at her home with
Olivia today! We wish her all the best and we
have the police out on the hunt to find those
silly teddies who kidnapped Talula and avenge
her! We love you all and make sure to tune into
next week’s episode. I wonder what adventure
will be waiting for us today. Bye bye!

SALLY
Bye everyone!
