    TASK PERFORMED/REPORT

    My whole journey as I am doing my job as SPES beneficiary is somehow memorable. I gain a lot
    on my 1st week as well as my last week of duty. The people I approach are very generous and
    friendly, they make me comfortable. Throughout a week, the only thing I do is surveying the
    formation that I had to gather from the residents of Brgy. Acop. Since I am the only one doing the
    survey, it is difficult for me to survey everyone in the barangay.
