Overview of Delivery forecasts from plants
1. Click on ,,SupplyOn Services
2. Choose WebEDI/VMI
3. Click on ,,Delivery Instructions” tab
under the demand processes, when
Dashboard appears

2. Once forecast is entered, it

will provide forecast quantity,
dates, etc.

SupplyOn New ASN process
ASN creation using a NEW ASN process
Using the “Advanced Search” function, above filter must be selected. 90 days setup
will allow selection of open SAs in date range of 180 days. (90 days in advance and
90 days as backlog).

- Select Bosch Plant (in our test case 0150)

- Click on button ,,Create ASN”

1. Enter the Delivery Note Number into “ASN No./Del. Note No.” field
2. Select materials, which you would like to include in the ASN. (current shipment)
3. Delivery note position field is already fulfilled, doesn’t need to change
4. Delivery quantity must be the same as proposed. If you must change quantity
due to your capacity issue, you must inform the plant before sending
5. Batch number is mandatory
6. ECL number is mandatory, please check your ECL if you do not know it

 Since the Packing Instruction is created in SupplyOn, the next step is to do the
automatic packing calculation.
- Pop up window informs the user that all items, which were not
selected will be deleted from ASN. Click on Yes. If you want to
modify ASN content, click on No.
- The system calculates packing and the traffic light changes to green.
The packing structure can be checked by clicking on “Details” (please
see next slide)

 To be able to add a lid to the packing manually, if it is not predefined in the Packing
instructions, click on „Details“ again
 Click on the button

 Select the relevant lid from the Drop-Down menu and populate yellow marked
fields, for label indent always put „Z“
 When everything is populated correctly click on button

1. Go to the tab “Complete ASN”
2. Enter delivery date (ETA)
3. Enter TO Number (if you use TMS - transport management system, if not leave it empty)*
4. Print labels
5. Click on “Send”
*If you use TMS, keep using it side-by-side, and continue ordering transport as usual

ASN as a draft and deleting pending ASN
 Option ,,save draft” in SupplyOn have purpose to leave ASN in pending status to
complete it later.
 After saving as draft, you will occupy the quantities and relevant PO! Those
quantities will not be visible anymore in standard ASN creation!
 You can always return to ASN in pending status and:
1. Delete it
2. Enter it and send to plant

 Delete or send ASN in pending:
1. Enter window on Dashboard and enter pending ASNs
2. Select ASN which you want to delete
3.Delete it by choosing ,,delete ASN” 3a. Or enter ASN and send it

Printing and positioning of labels
Click on “Print” button and select Handling Unit Label:
1. Handling Unit Label: presents labels for pallets
2. Package Label: presents labels for Boxes/KLT (to have a smaller, adjusted label for
KLT, please check next slide)
The labels can be printed immediately or can be saved for printing later.
To make your label more adopted for KLT, please do:
1. After calculate packing, click on ,,details”
2. Mark check box ,,label size”
3. Select ,,save and close” and DO NOT ,,calculate packing” again

Create View
To make ASN creation even more easier and to add automatically, for
example, ECL number column, you can create your own view and
make it default. 1. Click on dropdown menu
2. Choose ,,columns”
3. Select wanted column
4. Enter view name
5. Click on ,,manage” and
select ,,create new”
6. Make it default
