Introductory On your way to school, what did you see that caught your interest?
Activity Have you meet new friends?
( 5minutes) Divide the class into two and they will form two cicles , inner circle and outer cicle
. Facing each other, have them sing Hello, hello, how do you do?
They stop once in a while and shake each other's hands.
Let them introduce themselves to one another.
Activity You know each other now?
(10 minutes) What did you do in knowing each other? We do it in action song. The teacher
presented the downloaded chants and raps or the teacher presented the chants and
raps..
The teacher leads the action followed by the pupils.
Chant:

What are the steps in creating a rap and chant?
1. Think of a topic
2. Write two or three sentences about the topic. Make the words rhyme as
much as possible
3. Make a beat or rhythm for you composition
What is the difference of rap and chant?
Rap is a style of music where you recite or chants the words with a rhythm or beat.
Chant is a repeated rhythmic phrase typically one shouted or sung in unison by a
crowd.
Application Can you make your own rap and chant using the three steps?
(5minutes) Group them into three groups. Guide the class in performing the rap and the chant.
