Conclusion:

As what I observe to the tree entrepreneurs that I interviewed they have different answers, idea , and
opinions but some of the questions they have same motivation and inspiration. For the first question,
their motivation was poor situation, they don't want to have any boss, and for them they can get money
easily through that one. Most of them their motivation is their poor situation they work hard to build
their small business to gain money and to provide their daily needs. One of them her motivation was the
discrimination because of their poor situation, thats the reason why she work hard and build small
business to prove them that even though she did not finish study but now she was a successful
entrepreneur and has a great income. They have have a role models that teaches them that kind of
business, sari-sari store has a potential business because all needs of a persons it was there in sari-sari
store. Their role models encourage them that kind of business and teach to be patient of a costumer and
be friendly, humble ,and understanding. For the second question most of them answered their
characteristics and competencies was the good attitude as a seller toward to buyer or customer to gain
more costumer to buy your products.And aside for their business that what they had right now they
interested other business but they prioritize their sari-sari store. They chose to become and
entrepreneur than to be employed because for them even though they are in there house they still gain
money that has no boss ,and no will command you and your free to do what you wanted to do you can
multitask than to you are employee but you need to do you work on the time your just a sevant of your
boss that your boss is always commanded you.The three entrepreneurs that interviewed their business
is Sari-sari store, and that kind of business has a good potential. Because Sari-sari store provides easy
access to basic commodities at low cost. Without them, villagers must go to the nearest market town,
which may be quite far from the village itself and its affordable goods. And handling this kind of business
you have to manage your money, reinvest your profits, choosing your products, manage your inventory,
say it's “Out of stock” and no to credits.Therefore I conclude that as what I observe and interview to my
tree entrepreneurs their motivation to be success in their business was their self-motivation.
